We evaluate all rental applications based on verification of identification, employment, income, rental history, and credit history.
- Picture ID is required - US Driver's License / Resident Alien card / Social Security Card
- Approximately 2 1/2 times the monthly rent as income (GROSS INCOME)
- A credit report, background check, and application are required for all applicants 18 and over.
- Employment verification: 3 recent pay stubs and verbal confirmation of employment.
- Employed for a minimum of 3 months at current employment.
- Verification of prior rental history up to 5 years (when possible).
- $50 application fee per applicant. This is non-refundable and to cover credit report and all other aspects of verifying information on your application.
- $300 to reserve an apartment (Non-Refundable after 3 days from approval) but will go towards your deposit.
- *Pet rent $40
- Utilities paid for by residents: water, sewer, garbage, electricity, and gas.
- ***Renters Insurance is MANDATORY****
- ANY FALSE INFORMATION SUBMITTED ON AN APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
